Description
This letter refers to another letter written on behalf on Manuel E. Ikari regarding his potential return to Peru and his transportation back to the east coast. Apparently, permission has been requested for Mr. Ikari to travel to Los Angeles. If Mr. Willard F. Kelly, Assistant Commissioner assumes responsibility to pay for Mr. Ikari's transport back to the east coast, he is free to travel to Los Angeles. Collection of notes, articles, correspondence, photographs, and term papers collected by Yukio Mochizuki, a student at CSU Dominguez Hills, while researching Japanese American incarceration and Japanese Peruvian internment during World War II.
