Photograph caption dated April 29, 1964 reads, "Euclid B. Fuller of Encino, a 29-year employe [sic] of the Department of Water and Power, seated, is shown with his wife and W. E. Mercer of Van Nuys, Fuller's supervisor, at his retirement dinner held recently at the Ram's Horn Restaurant in Encino."
