Description
The Valley to Vietnam series, produced by Sacramento Public Library, traces the arc of experience of Vietnam era veterans living in the Sacramento, California area. Frank Rogers found his way to Sacramento after being born in Budapest, Hungary. In time, he would attend the New Mexico Military Institute and then serve a tour of duty in Vietnam as an officer in the Military Assistance Command, Vietnam (MACV).
