Description: A: Shield shaped walnut plaque with 7.25" diameter brass insert that shows hand holding 3 stalks of wheat rising from waves flanked by grape leaves and olive branch with inscription: "USS San Jose AFS-7." Metal plate inscribed: "USS SAN JOSE (AFS-7) Homecoming, Presented to Mayor Janet Gray Hayes for the City of San Jose / 5 March 1980." B: Red covered cardboard presentation case with red flocked insert and white satin lined hinged lid.
