Shown in 1998 is a light rail train making its way toward the intersection of Seventh and K streets. The train's terminus is the Butterfield Station, which had been completed the same year this photograph was taken. The structure in the background is the Ochsner Building, built in 1904. Saint Rose of Lima Park is to the immediate left.
