The Lamson home was located at 7139 Greeley St., Tujunga. It has since been demolished. Photograph article dated October 25, 1950 partially reads, "When Tujunga was a remote, mountain-locked community called 'Little Landers,' and run as a farm co-operative, Photographer J. Harry Lamson was building his home there. He made it of the materials at hand--eucalyptus logs, Tujunga Wash sand, field rock and for the windows, glass negative plates he'd used in an ancient portrait camera. When the co-operative's bargaining center burned down, and the co-operative failed, Lamson was one of the pioneer residents who changed the town's name to Tujunga. And today, after 37 years, he still lives there, in the home he built himself."; See images #00111764 through #00111765 for all photos in this series.
