Description
A group photograph taken at a farewell for Koshio Shimabukuro. The names listed on the back side of this photograph are as follows: Minoru Yamashiro, Victor Tawara, Enrique Koshio Shimibukuro, Shibayama, Shinei Yakabi, Manuel E. Ykari [Ikari]. Teruko Suematsu, Suzuko Suzuki, Fusako Shibayama, Shako Ishi, Atsumi Suzuki, Laura Mishimura, Shizuko Suematsu. Some of these people are American and many of them are from South America. The photograph was taken in Seabrook Farms, New Jersey.
Collection of notes, articles, correspondence, photographs, and term papers collected by Yukio Mochizuki, a student at CSU Dominguez Hills, while researching Japanese American incarceration and Japanese Peruvian internment during World War II.
