Description
Bayfield thanks Poel for sending the draft of a text concerning bad contemporary interpretations of Shakespeareand proposes some revisions. He gratefully returns Sykes' letter and muses in a postscript on the musicality of Shakespearean prose. The letter was originally enclosed in Poel's copy of Bayfield's "Shakespeare's Versification."
