Description
Poel thanks Boas for sending him a copy of the edition of "Dr. Faustus" edited by Boas. He plans to give a reading or performance of another of Marlowe's plays, "The Jew of Malta," and criticizes the interpretation of a recent production of it. Letter written on the back of an annuity cheque from Sun Life Assurance Company and originally inlaid in Poel's copy of the Boas-edited edition of "Dr. Faustus."
