Copy of photograph of the Anderson Cottage in 1890. It was used as the first school in Mill Valley on the site of 100 Lovell Ave. Originally framed, removed from frame for storage. Written on back of framing: "1890 - 1st school Throckmorton 191 - 2nd 100 Lovell and Cornelia".
