Item originally owned by illustrator Curtis Wager-Smith (1870-1950). Date supplied by cataloger based on copy held by the Metropolitan Museum, New York. "John Sloan"--text, artist's signature on stone, center left of image. "An Illustrated Quarterly for the Modern Published by The Jenson Press Philadelphia, U.S.A."--text, bottom right of image.
