Description
Bob Taylor said the building was on the corner of Monterey and Market Streets. The Polk Directory shows Lacey Auto Parts on Monterey Street in Salinas. Photo was taken by Ken Lynn who worked for Lacey' Auto Parts. Lacey's sign is visible on the far right. Lacey Auto Parts left this location around 1985-1987. From here they moved to the new building they built on Work Street in Salinas. The building was torn down and the lot was vacant for some time. This information was given by Bob Taylor, attorney for the Lacey Family. Photo is a gift from the family of Ken Lynn.
