Description
Mark Miller discusses his book, “Quest for the Presidency, 1992.” He begins by describing the 1992 Presidential Election between the candidates George H. W. Bush, Bill Clinton, and Ross Perot. He talks about his experience as a reporter for Newsweek who covered Clinton during his campaign. He discusses the ways in which Clinton handled accusations of infidelities in his marriage, draft dodging, and personal honesty. Miller describes how Hillary Rodham Clinton dealt with her husband’s campaign and public rumors of her marriage. He ends the interview by predicting that more 3rd party candidates will run for the Presidential election after the success of Ross Perot.
