Photograph caption dated May 17, 1956 reads, "Maureen Carr, 3, of Canoga Park, finds bathtub only place to swim at Orcutt Park in Canoga Park. She's thumping for passage of Los Angeles city recreation bond issue, Proposition 'A' at May 31 election. Bond program provides for installation of pool at play area. Also looking for pool are, from left, Glen Rush, 5, Christine Siegfried, 17, and Pat Heyman, 17."
