Description
Raw footage from a show titled "Los Angeles History Project" that aired on KCET in Los Angeles, from 1988 through 1990. Each of the three seasons consisted of four episodes. The family of Frederick Dockweiler has been practicing law in Los Angeles continuously for almost 100 years, since his father, Isidore, began his practice in 1889. Out of eleven children, five of Isidore's sons also became lawyers, including one Congressman and district attorney, and one judge. Frederick represents a vital link to the illustrious careers of his father and brothers as he chronicles his own unique experiences growing up in Los Angeles over the past 78 years.
