Framing of building, pipelines, barrels. McCurry no. 5096 -- view 3 (2010-1658). Building and construction workers. McCurry no. 6059 -- view 4 (2010-1659). Building with walls completed, roof being installed, scaffolding and construction workers. McCurry no. 5190. West Sacramento Company incorporated in 1910 for purpose of developing land west of Sacramento River. Between 1910 and 1913 completed reclamation project that included construction of levees, irrigation system, roads. In 1911 organized area as Reclamation District 900. As part project, built soil laboratory.
