Title supplied by cataloger. The Ramona Freeway was the earlier name for Interstate 10 and went from downtown Los Angeles to the San Bernardino County line. The Macy Street Bridge was completed in 1926 and decorated with elements of the Spanish Baroque style. It was renamed the Ce´sar E. Cha´vez Bridge in 1994 and declared Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument #224 in 1979. Construction for the Ramona Freeway passes under the Macy St. Bridge.
