Stamatios Mastoropulos (Nov. 1892 - unknown). Born in Filoti, Naxos, Greece to Georgios Mastoropulos and Sofia Vasilaki. He emigrated to the United States in 1910, living in San Francisco. At the time he was drafted in 1917, he was working as a machine operator at the American Can Company. During World War I, Mastoropulos served in the 67th Regiment of the U.S. Army Coast Artillery Corps. He was naturalized as a United States citizen on June 12th, 1918. In 1924, he returned to Greece to visit his father.
