Photograph caption dated June 24, 1965 reads, "John Combes, 19-year-old director of the Royal Cavaliers Youth Band, presents Burbank Councilman Charles E. Compton with a free ticket to the Cavaliers' annual fund-raising and variety program scheduled for 8 p.m. Saturday in Starlight Bowl. 'This is My Country' is the 1965 theme for the concert which will feature the music of George M. Cohan and John Philip Sousa plus the score from 'How the West Was Won.'"
