Description
This oral history recording by Denton Barker tells of his family history and includes favorite stories from the 1930's in Dixon, CA. His stories tell of the Gold Rush, the commercial history of early California, the era of prohibition, his experiences during the Great Depression and what a young man had to do to find work during those hard times.
