Photograph caption dated March 16, 1954 reads, "Burbank's new County Courts Building, above, located across the street from the City Hall at Olive avenue and Third street, will be dedicated in formal ceremonies on March 25. The structure, built at a cost of $400,000, has been in use since Feb. 15. Adjacent to the building is a parking area for 40 cars.
