Photograph of an exterior view of the Los Angeles Boys' Parade in front of City Hall, April 26, 1928. A large crowd of people can be seen throughout. Men can be seen seated in chairs at left facing the background, while the group of men in the right foreground are wearing identical caps. A few trees can be seen at center obscuring some of the people, while buildings are visible in the background. Photonegative sleeve reads, "Mayor Rolph and Herbert Hoover at City Hall".
