Description: “Didar Singh’s House.” External view of large brick house. Didar Singh was the first Sikh convert in Gujrat. His conversion caused some controversy among his fellow Sikhs, and he was almost carried off into Jammu territory as a result. He was ultimately rescued and became one of the principal evangelists in Gujrat.
