Photograph caption dated March 20, 1965 reads, "Susie Oblinger, left, and Sue Carlton, both 17, pose for official photograph before they assume top governmental posts for one day -- Tuesday. Susie will serve as Chief Probation Officer of Los Angeles County, replacing Leland C. Carter; Sue will be a city councilwoman for one day, replacing Councilman James Potter. Both girls are seniors at North Hollywood High School. They are participants in 'Girls Week.'"
