Joseph M. Pollard helps remove the 1950 Lancaster Library dedication plaque from the Library entrance as Mabel Weaver, Anna Davis and Rose Bolin stand nearby. On back of photo (people in the photo are listed from left to right): "#27072, 1964, Mabel Weaver, Joseph M. Pollard, Anna Davis, Rose Bolin - Antelope Valley Regional Library". Antelope Valley Regional Library and Lancaster Library were used somewhat interchangeably, with the Lancaster Library being more common.
