Cable-car tracks can be seen in the road, while lights are visible strung in trees on the side of the road. Automobiles are visible parked on the right side of the street, and tall buildings line the road. Visible signs, some of which are lit up, include: "United Artists", "Texaco", "Majestic", "The Nay Co.", "Platt Music Co.", "L.L. Burns Bldg. 910 S. Broadway", "Western Costume", "Radio Supply 912-14 So. B[?]", and "Southern California [?] Dependable Service Gas".
