Photograph caption dated June 29, 1959 reads, "Monty Whiplash, Western rope and whip performer, demonstrates rope trick to Cub Scout John Daily of Pack 333 at Devonshire District annual recognition dinner. Watching are Greg Sanger, Boy Scout Troop 92, left, and Bill Fink of Explorer Post 51. Dinner was attended by more than 300 Scouters and institutional representatives at Knollwood Country Club."
