Description
Jane Ciabattari discusses her book, “Winning Moves.” She begins the interview by explaining that her book is about how to know when you’re going to get fired from your corporate job. She talks about what to do if a new boss comes to the company. She describes how to negotiate a good severance package. Ciabattari advises how to ask for a recommendation from an old boss. She talks about how to cope with financial and emotional stress after getting fired. She ends the interview by discussing that a worker should always have a back-up plan in case they get fired.
