In this statement, Manuel E. Ikari declares that in changing his place of parole from Seabrook Farms, Bridgeton, New Jersey to Los Angeles, California under the sponsorship of Reverend B. Kuwatsuki. He will report in person at the office of the District Director, Immigration and Naturalization Service in Los Angeles. Collection of notes, articles, correspondence, photographs, and term papers collected by Yukio Mochizuki, a student at CSU Dominguez Hills, while researching Japanese American incarceration and Japanese Peruvian internment during World War II.
