Description: Five unidentified men work on plane designs at the Northrop Corporation offices at Union Airport (Bob Hope Airport ) in Burbank. Officially incorporated a few years later in 1939 at Hawthorne, Northrop Corporation was reincorporated in Delaware in 1985. In 1994, Northrop Aircraft merged with Grumman Aerospace to create the company Northrop Grumman. This image shows in the interior of the art deco building shown in image 00069787. Photo dated: July 31, 1930.
