Description
Henry Rogers discusses his book, “The One-Hat Solution.” He begins by explaining that his book teaches businessmen and businesswomen how to interact with their surroundings once they have been promoted to middle management. He describes that his ‘one hat solution’ was designed to merge the gap between employer and employee. He advises that people should treat others as they would like to be treated, in any business situation. Rogers discusses the importance of communication between employer and employee. He ends the interview by talking about his previous career in the entertainment world, and how he adapted his strategies to fit in business.
