Description
As part of the promotional Elks on Parade, "Fresh and Clean," (sponsored by the California Dental Assocuation) sits at the intersection of Twelfth and K Streets in the summer of 2002. The venture sought to both promote area merchants and provide funding for the following organizations: Cosumnes River College Foundations, Elk Grove Community Services District and the County of Sacramento Department of Regional Parks, Elk Grove Unified School District and Mercy Foundation. The elks were the work of sculptor Leroy K. Siebert.
