Photograph caption dated July 15, 1957 reads "Bob Clayton standing on roof at left uses garden hose to wet down friend's house at 24303 Arcadia St. in Atwood section of Newhall. Fire burned to edge of backyards of these houses as it shot over Market street to Wayman street.
