Williams in 1926. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is a Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument. The 52-year-old 28th Street YMCA Ragger Society honors two of its boyhood members for "outstanding work with youth" at annual breakfast. From left, honorees Sup. Ct.
