Description
Bob Hixson, "convicted" of sleeping in court, is shown on September 12, 1941, in the "concentration camp," a cage the size of a telephone booth. Left to right, Charlie Pollard, jailer; Hixon, Sandy Livingstone and Ernie Smith, former S. C. grid star, who also was a jailer. Women are barred from the outing until Sunday.
