Description: This ornate ceiling of the rotunda at Central Library was designed by Julian C. Garney, who will place murals to relieve the severe plainness of the walls. The lighting fixture shown, is a sphere of the world and the circle bears the signs of the zodiac. Photo dated: February 21, 1927.
