Description
David Allen, son of former Thousand Oaks City Historian Patricia Allen, video tapes a dedication ceremony Monday morning at the Thousand Oaks Library in Thousand Oaks. Two oak trees and plaques were dedicated in memory of Patricia Allen and Ethel Forbes Nixon, the first librarian to serve the Conejo Valley.
