W. P. A. Adobes vol.
N. W. view of Coyote Rancho adobe on Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana about 1900. Large structure is visible with an irregular roof. The adobe was most likely chiefly the work of Juan B. Leandry. It was located : "about one mile to the northeast of Buena Park and at less distance east of Northam station" and later leveled. The ranch was once called La Buena Esperanza and later Los Coyotes.
