Ontiveras-Kraemer adobe on Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, 1935. L-shaped adobe with entrances and a porch visible. A large tree is on the left. A man sits outside on a chair. Juan Pacifico Ontiveras owned Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana. Along with his sons and son-in-law, they built adobes in what is now Placentia and occupied them until 1865. In 1865 they sold part of their ranch, including the Placentia area to Daniel Kraemer. The east part, facing west, of the adobe is the most modern part and was built by Patricio Ontiveras in 1850. It was remodeled by the Kraemers.
