Folded brochure on green-colored paper with an image showing three golfers on the golf course. Brochure interior reads: "Your golf course is at your door when you live at Palos Verdes Estates. It is considered one of the best in Southern California. This golf course will never be subdivided, because its 213 acres and other hundreds of acres of parks surrounding it in Palos Verdes Estates have been deeded to the Palos Verdes Homes Association for the use of the property owners. Each lot owner has one vote in this Association, which is responsible for enforcing restrictions."
