Description
Folded brochure on yellow-colored paper with an image of a two-story stucco home with tile roof on the front and a view of the ocean looking north towards Redondo Beach on the inside. A floorplan of the home is included on the back. Brochure interior reads in part: "The lure of the Italian and French Mediterranean Riviera calls you. Would not such a picture, framed by the windows of your own home, be more of an inspiration than the view of an apartment house across the street, or a gas station next door?...The Protective Restrictions of Palos Verdes Estates will preserve through the years to come, the high character of your neighborhood." Neuner Corporation Litho LA stamped on back of brochure.
