Description
Folded brochure on yellow-colored paper with an image on the front of Malaga Cove School and the playground with lush landscaping in the foreground. Inside image shows Malaga Cove School taken from the south side with cars parked on Via Almar and Redondo Beach in the background. The back of the brochure has a drawing entitled, 'Malaga Cove School and General Plan for School Grounds And Recreation Park' by Olmsted Brothers. Brochure interior reads: "If you have a child, wouldn't you be delighted to have it attend such a school as this, where the environment and incomparable view are real incentives for proper development? This school at Palos Verdes Estates has made an enviable reputation. Plan to visit it and feel its unique atmosphere. At Palos Verdes Estates, the fundamental purpose of the Protective Restrictions is to guarantee the permanence of the character of each neighborhood throughout the ensuing years." Neuner Corporation Litho LA stamped on back of brochure.
