Folded brochure on orange paper with an image of a two-story stucco home with a tile roof and a view of the ocean looking north towards Redondo Beach. Brochure interior reads: "You would be proud of a home with a view like this. At Palos Verdes Estates it is possible to have a view that will be permanent. Protective Restrictions were placed on the entire property before any sales were made. There can be no encroachment upon single-family neighborhoods by restriction-defying apartment houses and flats." Neuner Corporation Litho LA stamped on back of brochure.
