Folded brochure on blue paper with an image of two two-story stucco homes with tile roofs and a view of the ocean looking north towards Redondo Beach on the front. Brochure interior reads in part: "If you had your choice, would you live in a city block similar to scores of thousands of other city blocks; or would you live in a place which has no duplicate in all the world...where your Inness and Turner are daily seen through your own home window...where your front yard reaches out to the South Sea Islands, westward to the Orient, and northward to the land of the midnight sun?...The Protective Restrictions of Palos Verdes Estates will preserve through the years to come, the high character of your neighborhood."
