Description
Mexican manuscript cookbook in French and Spanish. Approximately sixty recipes in French, with about one hundred other recipes in Spanish. Includes Mexican and Continental dishes, with an abundance of cakes and pasteries. Sample recipes: arroz a la mexicana, albondigas de espinacas, sopa de tortilla, pan de miel virgen, numerous soup recipes in French, pastel de chocolate, pastel de cumpliaños and more. Possibly compiled by one Madame Rene Cuzin, whose engraved calling card is laid in the volume.
