Scope/Content: Manuscript annotations in printed book.
Scope/Content: Annotations by H. Madison and John Madison in a copy of Thomas Watson's Amintae Gavdia. Marginal notations in Latin as well as underlines are found throughout the text. Some annotations appear to be in an earlier hand, likely that of "H. Madison," whose name is inscribed at the head of the text, while other annotations are clearly in the slightly later hand of John Madison, whose name appears on the title page and on the last page of the text.
