Scope/Content: Manuscript annotations in printed book.
Scope/Content: Manuscript annotations, likely by contemporary owner Phillip Bartlet, in a 1651 copy of William Baldwin's Treatise of morall philosophy. Annotations consist of some pen trials and name inscriptions, but mainly of a occupations and other nouns inscribed parallel to the side margins of each page recto (likely some kind of fortune teller game). Blank preliminary and end leaves excised, apparently at an early date.
Condition: Bound in contemporary calf; very worn.
