Description: Reported in "Angeleno Owns Ancient Bible: Booked Reputed 1600 Years of Age," Los Angeles Times, 18 Jun. 1928: A1 and "A Resurrected Book," Los Angeles Times, 9 Mar. 1930: J10. The first article states that "An ancient Armenian Bible, said to be 1600 years of age and valued at $10,000, is owned by P.H. Kazanjian, 1158 West Vernon Avenue."
