Description
Gertrude Austin, a law student, was the executor of the will of Thomas Murphy on behalf of her nephews and nieces. She sued to have the deed to a house, given to a caretaker, set aside. The photo appears with article "Executrix Sues to Set Deed Aside," Los Angeles Times, 29 Jan. 1932: A3.
