Description
Street scene depicting a group of African Americans in formal dress, about 11 women and children and about 13 men. Some of the men are in military uniforms with sashes and elaborate hats, and are on horseback. One man may be the drum major. The group is on an unpaved commercial street with store fronts visible behind them.
